Job Description Required skills and qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, philosophy or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of curiosity, proactiveness, and a self-starter
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning.
- Understanding basic statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- The position is an Austin-based, onsite role.
Additional requirements for Job role 2 (2+ yrs exp) - Skilled in data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation of inventory-related datasets from SAP modules on Snowflake.
- Experience in building scalable pipelines, API-based data access, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with supply chain and operations teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Experience with inventory management, safety stock optimization, and SKU-level inventory flow analytics is a PLUS.
